ลวดเหล็กตีเกลียว

ลวดเหล็กกล้าตีเกลียวสำหรับคอนกรีตอัดแรง หรือที่เรียกว่า PC Strands Wire
เป็นการนำลวดเส้นเดี่ยวจำนวน 7 เส้นที่ผ่านกระบวนการลดขนาด (ไม่มีรอยย้ำ)
มาตีเกลียวรวมกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียว จนมีคุณสมบัติทางด้านความแข็งแรงสูง
นิยมใช้ในการก่อสร้างโครงการที่มีขนาดใหญ่ๆ

- ลวดสลิง ผลิตจากเหล็กลวดคาร์บอนสูง (High carbon steel wire rods)
- เส้นขนาดเล็กจำนวนหลายๆเส้น มัดรวมกันเป็นเกลียว เพื่อเพิ่มความยืนหยุ่นที่มากขึ้น
- มีคุณสมบัติที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน ทนต่อแรงดึงได้สูง

Steel wire rope

The strands are formed around a core. In wire ropes are made of wore 
twisted together. Strands with smaller diameter wires are less abrasion 
resistant and more fatigue resistant. Strands made with thicker lengths
of wore are more abrasion resistant and less fatigue resistant.
